Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your My SNL account and personal information associated with it.
How to request deletion
- Email info@sahelnightlife.com from the email address connected to your My SNL account.
- Use the subject line Delete My SNL Account.
- Include your full name and, if available, the mobile number connected to the account.
- We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before deletion.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal profile information that is no longer required, including account profile data and account-linked preferences where applicable.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution or to document a completed privacy request.
Social sign-in
Deleting your My SNL account does not delete your Google, Facebook or Apple account. You can also remove SNL’s authorization from the privacy or connected-app settings of the relevant social provider.
Photo removal requests
If your request relates to an SNL SNAPS photo rather than your entire account, include the album URL or image link in your email so we can identify the photo quickly.

Verification files, bookings and check-in records
Raw selfie and identity-document files submitted for My SNL verification are permanently deleted after the verification decision. A deletion request may also cover account-linked verification status and preferences. Limited booking, security and check-in records may be retained only where reasonably required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution or to document the completed privacy request.
