These Terms of Use apply to your use of Sahel NightLife (“SNL”) and sahelnightlife.com. By using the website or creating a My SNL account, you agree to these terms.
1. SNL services
SNL provides event discovery, venue information, editorial guides, moments, stories, SNAPS, account features, saved content, booking or reservation request tools and links to third-party services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your account credentials and activity carried out through your account. Social sign-in may be provided through Google, Facebook or Apple.
3. Event and venue information
Dates, lineups, prices, entry rules, operating hours and availability can change. SNL may update information when new details become available, but final entry, booking and service decisions remain with the relevant venue, organizer or provider.
4. Bookings and external providers
Some bookings may be handled by SNL and others may be completed through external booking providers, ticketing platforms, WhatsApp or venues. Additional provider terms may apply.
5. SNL SNAPS and content
Photos, videos, editorial material, logos, graphics and other SNL content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Personal-use downloads made available through SNL do not transfer ownership of the content or grant commercial-use rights.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or automate access in a way that harms the service, impersonate another person, or use SNL content unlawfully.
7. Third-party services
SNL may link to or embed third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, policies or content of services operated by third parties.
8. Availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, or perform maintenance, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SNL is not responsible for losses arising solely from third-party event cancellations, venue decisions, external booking systems or information changed by organizers after publication.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Bookings, verification and venue entry
Booking requests, personal QR passes and venue check-in are also governed by the SNL Booking Policy. Some experiences require a verified My SNL account. A QR is personal, may be used once and does not override venue age, identification, dress-code, capacity or entry rules.
